Company Introduction

 

The trading company Nehlsen Třinec, s.r.o. was incorporated in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Commercial Court in Ostrava on 10th September, 1996.

At present, the company equity capital amounts to CZK 31,400,000, with Třinec City having a 50% share (CZK 15,700,000) and Nehlsen International GmbH &Co.KG  having a 50% share (CZK 15,700,000). Nehlsen Třinec. s.r.o. continues in the activities formerly carried out by Technické služby Města Třinec (Technical Services of Třinec City) and also offers new services extending the comprehensive service portfolio of waste management - collection, transport and sorting of usable components of municipal waste, collection of hazardous components of municipal waste as well as bio waste composting.

The company has registered 21 trade activities, in particular those regarding waste management, maintenance of local roads, public lighting, and the administration and maintenance of cemeteries. In addition, Nehlsen Třinec, s.r.o. can rely on the experience of its parent holding company NEHLSEN (SRN) which employs approx. 1,500 people and owns approx. 300 collection vehicles in the area of waste management, cleaning and city maintenance; it can use the organisational and consulting support as well as the 75-year operation experience of Nehlsen in Germany.

The major development trend in the next 10 years is going to be the enhancement of service quality and quantity, which is apparent from comparable activities in the countries of the EU. This will bring not only turnover growth for Nehlsen Třinec, s.r.o. but also the necessity of simple and extended reproduction of tangible and intangible assets, the professional growth of company employees as well as the need to increase the company's working capital.

Nehlsen Třinec, s.r.o. continually makes great efforts to enhance the quality of its services provided to customers or business partners as much as possible. One of the steps aimed at increasing the service quality is the implemented quality control system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standard, and the system of environmental management according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.
